Square-Bar Sliding Shower Door Hardware for 10 mm Glass
MC-3 is a frameless sliding shower door kit with a square header bar and exposed rollers. It combines one sliding door with one fixed panel for a clean, space-saving enclosure layout. The fixed and sliding panels can be reversed to suit the installation.
MC-3 Specifications
- Material: SUS304 stainless steel.
- Glass thickness: 3/8" (10 mm nominal).
- Configuration: one sliding door and one fixed panel.
- Maximum sliding door weight: 40 kg per moving panel.
- Header profile: square tube.
- Common rail length: 73 inches (approximately 1854 mm); customer-specified lengths are available.
- Length adjustment: the rail can be cut to size.
- Glass preparation: drilled holes, not roller notches. Use the MC-3 drilling drawing.
- Finishes: polished stainless steel, satin stainless steel and matte black.
Hardware Kit Contents and Exclusions
The kit includes the matching installation accessories for the selected MC-3 configuration. Glass and door handles are not included. Confirm the component list with the quotation, including the selected rail, rollers, guides and mounting fittings.
Plan the Glass and Rail Together
Provide the opening dimensions, glass size, sliding door weight, required rail length and finish when ordering. Confirm drilling positions, fixed-panel support and operating clearances against the approved installation drawing before glass fabrication. All drilling must be completed before tempering.
