Plastic Shower Door Rollers
Plastic shower door rollers use molded plastic or nylon components in the roller body, wheel carrier or related assembly. They are widely used in sliding shower door systems with compact upper and lower roller configurations.
Different models can look very similar externally, while the wheel position, fixing hole and adjustment structure may be completely different.
Upper and Lower Roller Assemblies
Many plastic roller systems use different components at the top and bottom of the glass door. Some lower assemblies may include a release or adjustment function to assist with installation and door positioning.
Because these functions vary between designs, replacement rollers should be matched to the original system rather than selected only by wheel diameter.
Finding the Correct Replacement
For an existing shower door, compare:
- wheel diameter
- glass hole size
- fixing-hole position
- distance from wheel to glass
- upper or lower position
- roller body shape
- track profile
If the original model is unknown, see our Replacement Door Rollers & Wheels range for broader replacement options.
