Standard Duty Shower Door Hinges

MAXGO standard duty shower door hinges are designed for common frameless glass shower enclosure applications. The SHS series includes wall-to-glass and glass-to-glass configurations, with different hinge profiles, back plate designs and opening angles to suit a range of shower door layouts.

Rather than selecting a hinge by appearance alone, the installation should be matched to the glass thickness, door size, mounting position, opening angle and required glass cut-out. Specifications can vary between models, so the individual product drawing should be confirmed before glass fabrication.

Wall-to-Glass and Glass-to-Glass Options

Wall-to-glass hinges connect the moving door directly to the wall or supporting structure. Depending on the model, full-back and offset-back plates are available for different mounting conditions.

Glass-to-glass hinges connect the door to a fixed glass panel. The SHS range includes designs for common 90°, 135° and 180° enclosure configurations, together with square, rounded and beveled profiles.

Materials and Finishes

The standard duty range mainly includes brass shower hinge designs. Finish options vary by model and may include polished chrome, brushed nickel, matte black and satin brass.
