Zinc Alloy Sliding Door Rollers

MAXGO zinc alloy sliding door rollers are designed for 6–8 mm glass shower doors. The range uses zinc alloy bodies, steel bearings and nylon wheel outer surfaces, with multiple wheel diameters available to match different enclosure tracks.

Single-Wheel and Double-Wheel Models

DRZ01 and DRZ03 use single-wheel assemblies and support a maximum glass door weight of 20 kg. DRZ04, DRZ05, DRZ07 and DRZ09 use double-wheel assemblies and support a maximum glass door weight of 25 kg. Both ratings apply to one glass door fitted with two upper and two lower assemblies.

Wheel Spacing and Body Shape

Within each group, the main differences are roller body shape and wheel spacing. Select the model by its technical drawing, including wheel centre spacing, wheel offset and glass fixing dimensions.

Choose the wheel diameter and width to suit the track profile. A roller that looks similar to the original part may have a different mounting pattern, so appearance alone is not enough to confirm compatibility.

Adjustment and Quick Release

Upper rollers allow height adjustment during fitting. Quick-release lower rollers allow the glass door to be removed for cleaning; support the panel before releasing it. These are regular sliding roller assemblies, including DRZ09.

Finishes and Ordering

Available finishes include Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel and Matte Black. Specify the model, finish and required wheel diameter when ordering. For replacement enquiries, send photos of the upper and lower rollers, glass hole measurements and details of the track.
