Concealed Screw Shower Door Hinges

MAXGO concealed screw shower door hinges use cover plates to hide fixing screws on frameless shower enclosures. The SCH and SCE ranges combine solid brass construction with 8–12 mm glass compatibility, ±15° closing-position adjustment and 15° self-centering. All nine models have been tested for at least 100,000 opening and closing cycles.

Choose a Covered Hinge by Mounting Layout

Choose wall-to-glass hinges for doors mounted to a wall, or glass-to-glass hinges for doors connected to a fixed panel. The 90°, 135° and 180° model designations describe the mounting configuration, not the adjustment or self-centering range.

SCH and SCE Design Differences

SCH hinges feature a slim-gap design. SCH001 and SCH002 share basic body dimensions and glass preparation, with full and offset back plates respectively. SCE001 and SCE080 have rounded corners, while SCE201 and SCE280 have square corners. SCE body sizes and cutouts differ by model; the corner profile alone does not define glass preparation.

±15° Adjustment and 15° Self-Centering

All SCH and SCE models allow the closing position to be adjusted by ±15°. Once set, the door self-centers within 15° of that position. These separate specifications help fabricators and enclosure manufacturers select hardware for the intended door alignment.

Glass Cutouts and Technical Drawings

SCE201 and SCE280 each accept both standard rounded-notch and mouse-ear cutouts as shown in their drawings. Both patterns work with the same hinge, without selecting a different hardware version. For other models, refer to the corresponding drawing for glass preparation and clearances.
