Zinc Alloy Door Handles
MAXGO zinc alloy door handles are designed for shower doors and other suitable glass door applications where a compact or decorative handle design is required. The range includes different shapes, sizes and mounting styles for hinged and sliding glass door configurations.
Handle dimensions, fixing centres, glass thickness and installation method vary between models, so the individual product drawing should be confirmed before glass drilling or fabrication.
Compact and Decorative Handle Designs
Zinc alloy allows door handles to be produced in a wide variety of shapes and profiles, including compact grips, curved designs and more decorative forms.
The correct handle should be selected according to the door layout, available grip space and required mounting arrangement rather than appearance alone.
Handles for Different Glass Door Applications
Depending on the model, zinc alloy handles can be used on frameless shower doors, sliding glass doors or other glass door installations.
For sliding applications, sufficient clearance between overlapping glass panels and surrounding hardware should be checked before selecting the handle.
For products specifically intended for sliding shower doors, see our Sliding Shower Door Handles range.
Mounting and Glass Preparation
Before glass processing, the handle fixing pattern should be confirmed from the technical drawing.
Similar-looking handles may use different hole spacing, screw sizes or mounting arrangements, so existing glass holes should not be assumed to fit another model without checking the dimensions.
Finishes and Appearance
Zinc alloy door handles are available in different decorative finishes depending on the model. Options may include polished chrome, brushed finishes, matte black and other surface treatments.
When zinc alloy handles are combined with brass hinges, stainless steel fittings or aluminum profiles, slight differences in color and surface texture can occur because of the different base materials.
Choosing the Correct Zinc Alloy Door Handle
Before ordering, confirm:
- glass thickness
- fixing hole diameter
- hole-to-hole spacing
- overall handle dimensions
- hinged or sliding door application
- available door clearance
- mounting method
- required finish
The individual product drawing should be used as the final reference before glass processing.
OEM and Technical Support
MAXGO supports shower enclosure manufacturers, glass companies and distributors with zinc alloy handle selection, technical drawings and OEM/ODM requirements.
Custom finishes, dimensions or mounting requirements can be reviewed according to the individual project.
