SCH035 Adjustable 135° Glass-to-Glass Shower Door Hinge with Concealed Screws

SCH035 Adjustable 135° Glass-to-Glass Shower Door Hinge

SCH035 connects a moving shower door to a fixed glass panel in a 135° configuration. It is made from solid brass and designed for 8–12 mm tempered glass.

Snap-on covers conceal the mounting screws for a clean finished appearance. The hinge is suited to frameless enclosures where the door and fixed panel meet at a 135° angle.

Adjustable Closing Position

The closed position can be adjusted after installation. Loosen the Allen adjustment screws, align the door with the enclosure, then retighten the screws to set the closing position.

The hinge self-centers as the door returns to within approximately 15° of the set closing position.

Glass Preparation

Confirm the 135° glass arrangement, hinge positions and SCH035 glass cut-out against its technical drawing before fabricating the panels. Select the appropriate gaskets for the installed glass thickness.
