ASE001 Adjustable 90° Wall-to-Glass Shower Door Hinge
The ASE001 is an adjustable 90 degree wall-to-glass shower door hinge designed for frameless shower enclosures. It connects a glass door to a wall-mounted hinge plate and uses a square-corner offset back plate.
Its snap-on cover conceals the mounting screws after installation, creating a clean finished appearance. This model is made from forged solid brass and is intended for 8–12 mm tempered glass.
Adjustable Closing Position
The ASE001 adjustable shower hinge allows the closed position of the door to be set after installation.
After the door is installed, loosen the Allen set screws, move the door to the required closed position, and retighten the screws. The hinge then self-centers within approximately 15° of the selected closing position.
Square Corner Offset Back Plate
The square-corner offset back plate is designed for 90° wall-to-glass mounting. The snap-on cover fits over the mounting area to conceal the wall screws while maintaining a neat exterior appearance.
Confirm the glass cut-out, wall condition, door size, and hinge quantity before glass fabrication and installation.
