ASC080 Adjustable 180° Shower Door Hinge – Square Corner
The ASC080 is an adjustable 180° shower door hinge for frameless shower enclosures. Its square-corner profile provides a clean, straight-edged appearance for shower door installations requiring a straight 180° configuration.
Made from forged solid brass, ASC080 is designed for standard-duty applications using 10–12 mm tempered glass.
Adjustable Closing Position
The closing position can be adjusted after the door has been installed.
Once the door is properly supported and hung, loosen the Allen set screws, move the door to the required closed position, then tighten the screws again. The hinge self-centers when the door returns to within approximately 15° of the selected closed position.
This adjustment helps the installer fine-tune alignment with the required closing line after installation.
180° Straight Configuration
ASC080 is intended for frameless shower door installations requiring a straight 180° hinge configuration.
Before glass fabrication, confirm the hinge position, enclosure layout, door weight, hinge quantity and glass cut-out requirements. Use suitable tempered safety glass and follow the applicable technical drawing during installation.

Installation Notes
Support the glass door securely before making any adjustment. Do not remove the set screws during installation.
After setting the required closing position, tighten the screws securely and test the complete opening and closing movement before handing over the installation.
