ASE280 Adjustable 180° Glass-to-Glass Shower Door Hinge
The ASE280 connects a moving shower door to a fixed glass panel in a straight 180° configuration. It has a beveled corner profile and an adjustable closing position.
The hinge is made from forged solid brass for 8–12 mm tempered glass. Snap-on covers conceal the fixing screws after installation.
Adjustable Closing Position
The door’s closed position can be adjusted after installation using the Allen set screws. Once the position is set and the screws are tightened, the hinge self-centers within approximately 15° of that closing position.

Glass Preparation and Installation
Use the ASE280 technical drawing to confirm the glass cut-out and hole positions before fabrication. Check the door dimensions and weight, fixed-panel support, and hinge quantity for the installation.

Choose ASE280 for a straight 180° glass-to-glass installation requiring an adjustable closing position and a beveled corner profile.
