SHS580 180° Glass-to-Glass Radius Corner Shower Door Hinge
The SHS580 is a standard-duty 180° glass-to-glass shower door hinge with a beveled profile and radius corners. It connects a moving shower door to a fixed glass panel in a straight 180° frameless shower enclosure configuration.
The radius-corner exterior is the defining appearance of SHS580. It distinguishes this model from the standard beveled-profile SHS480 while retaining the same 180° glass-to-glass mounting function.
180° Glass-to-Glass Configuration
SHS580 is designed for frameless shower enclosures where the moving door and fixed glass panel align in a straight 180° configuration.
The hinge connects glass directly to glass rather than mounting to a wall. Glass position, cut-out and hinge quantity should be confirmed together before fabrication.
Self-Centering Action
The hinge self-centers as the door returns to within approximately 15° of the closed position.
A reversible 5° pivot pin is also available where a different resting position is required.

Glass Cut-Out and Installation
Use the SHS580 technical drawing to confirm the glass cut-out, panel position and hinge quantity before glass fabrication.
For correct installation, use the supplied gaskets and mounting hardware. Door size and weight should be checked against the hinge quantity and load reference.
