ASC001 Adjustable 90° Wall-to-Glass Shower Door Hinge

ASC001 is an adjustable standard-duty 90° wall-to-glass shower door hinge with an offset back plate. Made from forged solid brass, it is designed for frameless shower doors using 10–12 mm tempered glass.
This adjustable 90 degree wall-to-glass shower door hinge allows the final closed position to be set after the door has been installed. It is a practical choice where minor wall alignment variation needs to be corrected during installation.

±15° Post-Installation Adjustment

The hinge provides an adjustment range of ±15°.
After the door is installed, loosen the Allen set screws and move the door to the required closed position. Tighten the set screws to secure the setting. The door will then self-center to the selected closing position.
This feature is useful for off-angle walls or for doors that need to close snugly against a latch jamb.

90° Wall-to-Glass Offset Back Plate Configuration

ASC001 is a 90 degree wall-to-glass glass shower hinge. It connects the moving shower door directly to the wall and uses an offset back plate mounting style.
The adjustable function is the key difference between ASC001 and a fixed-position offset back plate shower door hinge.

Glass Cut-Out and Installation

ASC001 fits typical glass cut-out templates, including mouse-ear and square-corner cut-outs.
Use the ASC001 technical drawing to confirm glass cut-out, wall position, adjustment range and hinge quantity before glass fabrication. After the door is hung, complete the final closing-position adjustment with the Allen set screws.
