ASD090 Adjustable 90° Glass-to-Glass Shower Door Hinge – Rectangular Profile

The ASD090 is an adjustable 90° glass-to-glass shower door hinge for frameless shower enclosures. It connects a moving glass door to a fixed glass panel in a 90° configuration.

Its rectangular profile provides a clean, linear appearance for frameless glass installations. Made from solid forged brass, ASD090 is designed for 8–10 mm tempered glass.

Adjustable Spring Tension and Closing Position

The ASD090 allows the spring tension and door closing position to be adjusted after installation.

Once the door is properly supported and hung, loosen the Allen set screws, move the door to the required closed position, then tighten the screws again. The hinge self-centers when the door returns to within approximately 15° of the selected closed position.

This adjustment helps the installer fine-tune door alignment and achieve the required closing position after installation.

90° Glass-to-Glass Application

ASD090 is designed for frameless shower enclosures where the moving door and fixed glass panel meet at a 90° angle.

Before glass fabrication, confirm the enclosure layout, door weight, hinge quantity and glass cut-out requirements. Use suitable tempered safety glass and follow the applicable technical drawing during installation.

Installation Notes

Support the glass door securely before making any adjustment. Do not remove the set screws during installation.

After setting the required closing position, tighten the screws securely and test the complete opening and closing movement before handing over the installation.
