ASD002 Adjustable 90° Wall-to-Glass Shower Door Hinge – Rectangular Full Back Plate
The ASD002 is an adjustable 90° wall-to-glass shower door hinge for frameless shower enclosures. It connects a moving glass door directly to a wall or jamb and uses a rectangular full back plate.
Made from solid forged brass, ASD002 is designed for 8–10 mm tempered glass. The rectangular profile and full back plate create a clear wall-mount hinge configuration for frameless shower door installations.
Adjustable Spring Tension and Closing Position
The ASD002 allows the spring tension and door closing position to be adjusted after installation.
Once the door is properly supported and hung, loosen the Allen set screws, move the door to the required closed position, then tighten the screws again. The hinge self-centers when the door returns to within approximately 15° of the selected closed position.
This adjustment helps the installer fine-tune door alignment where the wall, jamb or latch position requires correction.
90° Wall-to-Glass Application
ASD002 is designed for frameless shower doors that open from a wall-mounted 90° position.
Before installation, confirm that the wall or jamb provides suitable fixing support. Confirm the door weight, hinge quantity, glass cut-out and required clearances before glass fabrication. Use suitable tempered safety glass and follow the applicable technical drawing.

Installation Notes
Support the glass door securely before making any adjustment. Do not remove the set screws during installation.
After setting the required closing position, tighten the screws securely and test the complete opening and closing movement before handing over the installation.
