Adjustable Shower Door Hinges

The adjustment function is useful when the shower enclosure requires accurate door alignment after installation. Depending on the model, the closing position can be set to suit the actual glass and wall configuration. Wall-to-Glass Adjustable Hinges

Wall-to-glass models mount the moving shower door directly to the wall or supporting structure. Different back plate designs are available for different installation conditions, including full-back and offset-back configurations on selected models.

When selecting a wall-mounted adjustable hinge, check the wall condition, door dimensions, glass thickness, hinge quantity and required glass cut-out together with the hinge drawing.

Glass-to-Glass Adjustable Hinges

Glass-to-glass adjustable shower hinges connect the moving door to a fixed glass panel. The range includes models for different enclosure angles and door configurations.

The correct hinge should be selected according to the actual relationship between the moving door and fixed panel. Opening angle, glass preparation and the required closing position should all be confirmed before production.

Adjustment and Door Alignment

The main purpose of an adjustable hinge is to allow the installer to set the door’s resting or closed position more accurately after installation. This is different from correcting a poorly installed hinge or repairing an existing shower door.
